Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM was our first combined member and SPOUSES/PARTNERS
The speaker Thomas D. Jones, (email@example.com) PhD (the husband of Vale Club member Liz Jones), is a scientist, author, pilot, and veteran NASA astronaut. In more than eleven years with NASA, he flew on four space shuttle missions to Earth orbit. On his last flight, Dr. Jones led three spacewalks to install the centerpiece of the International Space Station, the American Destiny laboratory. He has spent fifty-three days working and living in space. “Sky Walking: An Astronaut’s Journey” was enjoyed by many. In order to accommodate all who wished to attend this evening event, the Vale Club reserved Fellowship Hall at the Vale United Method Church.
In order to set up enough chairs for the evening, I asked members to RSVP to Susan Wrigley at firstname.lastname@example.org
if they planed to attend and indicate the number of people coming.
