SOLDIER CARE PACKAGE DAY
You can get involved in several ways - creating and writing notes in cards, organizing and repackaging the items or filling the boxes with all the goodies you have donated. As always, Darea
will provide sample designs for the cards. We appreciate any time that you can spare. A little help goes a long way. Thankfully the war is winding down but the soldiers still need our support! We are grateful for anything that you are able to donate – items, time, cash, cards and/or letters.
HINT: Your money goes a long way at The Chantilly Dollar Store and Wal Mart. They have tuna/salmon in a bag, healthy snacks, hygiene items, Sudoku & puzzle books and much more. Just remember when we repackage everything; the items need to fit into a sandwich size baggie so think size and weight when making your selections. If you would prefer Sharon and I shop for you, please get your donations to us by February Monday, February 24th.
If you have a loved one you would like us to send a package to, please contact Patti C.
