VALE CLUB - EVENING GUEST SPEAKER – TOM JONES
Date - October 19th, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
Venue – Vale United Methodist Church in the Fellowship Hall

Tom Jones is a planetary scientist, veteran pilot, and former NASA astronaut. He completed four space shuttle missions and three space walks at the space station. Mr. Jones is an accomplished author of six books, including Sky Walking: An Astronaut’s Memoir and Ask the Astronaut. The topic for the evening will be “Beyond Earth: America’s Future in Space.” Mr. Jones’s unique insight into the rapidly changing field of space exploration promises to be a very interesting evening.

At Tom's request, his publisher, Penguin Random House, has agreed to a 40% discount towards the purchase of any of his books at this Vale Club event.

Tom is the husband of current Vale Club member and former VC President (2014- 2015) Liz Jones.
